I recently finished the SheCodes Basic course and was pleased with the results. The course gave an excellent introduction to coding by breaking down complicated concepts into simple sections. The hands-on projects were very beneficial since they allowed me to apply what I learned practically. I pushed myself beyond my wildest aspirations to learn how to code, and it's been one of the most exciting projects I've ever undertaken. Matt is a fantastic educator; he simplifies things and makes studying very simple. Learning was exciting and successful because of the encouraging environment and the interesting, well-written lessons. I'm eager to advance in the IT industry and feel secure in my ability to code now. This was a comprehensive and well-structured course, which provided a good foundation in various aspects of Python, including class attributes and methods, class logic, working with CSV files, data visualisation, data filtering as well as code organisation and documentation. I especially enjoyed the data visualisation part with Matplotlib and working with the CSV files. The course was a bit challenging towards the end, but the challenges and weekly homework helped a lot to check the progress and reinforce the content of the lessons. I recently completed the SheCodes Python Advanced course. When I evaluate the 11-week training as a whole, I see that I learned a lot about Python and data structure. This course was really informative and fun, with Matt's simple and clear explanations. He is truly an amazing teacher. Learning with SheCodes was extremely easy thanks to the instructor Matt. Because of him you can understand everything and you have all the necessary material to study all by yourself and actually write a code that works.

What to say? Matt Delac is a sure value! The course, as all the others, is well structured, covers pretty much all aspects with some theory and practical examples. I didn't know what to expect as I am already using Python daily, so my goal was to get some key takeaways to increase my know-how about the topic. Goal achieved! For a long time I've wanted to learn to code but none of the platforms I tried "sparked joy" or ignited my wish to continue learning. However, SheCodes managed to do that and then some. Even going through a hard personal time, Matt's lessons were enjoyable, easy to follow, and even made me giggle.

This Workshop has been a very informative and enjoyable journey. Although challenging, Matt's guidance as well as the linked resources have been of tremendous help. You are given guidance as well as a bit of free reigns to "figure it out on your own", which I think is a great approach in adding your own initiative in projects, rather than doing an exact replica of what is required. The content was well-structured and engaging and provided a perfect phased approach into HTML, then CSS and finally Javascript. I appreciated the project deadline extension option a lot during a week where life got busy. I've had so much fun with SheCodes Responsive! This was part of the course that I thought felt miles away in terms of getting to the point where I am able to build a multi-page website, make it responsive and become confident with being more creative with the build itself with the help of Matt guiding me through each step so clearly as usual. The tutorials made the process a lot less daunting and now I feel much more confident to approach more project building both within the remainder of the course and outside of it - amazing!

I went from knowing nothing about coding to basic knowledge in a few weeks. This program is easy to follow because the lessons are short and concise and you immediately have to put the concepts to use in a lesson challenge. Help and support from other students and instructors is easily available when needed which is comforting because I could see when I wasn't the only one struggling with a concept. I also like how the creator of SheCodes, Matt, teaches the lessons because you can feel his passion for coding. Honestly, I find coding to be challenging but I love it because of euphoria felt when your code works! I am excited to continue learning and cannot wait to see where this new skill will take me!
My SheCodes journey has come to an end. Granted, this was one of the greatest courses I have ever attended. Grateful to Matt Delac and the SheCodes team for their unwavering support. Due to life events, I had to restart this module many times. As always I found Matt's instruction direct and clear. He always explains the how and the why. Highly recommend if you are just staring out with React.
I absolutely loved this course. It was very challenging but I learned so much. The effort and pay off was incredibly satisfying and finishing the course with a working weather app was such a huge accomplishment.
