Matt goes over a lot of information quickly yet effectively! You can definitely spend way more time then the minimum of 5 hours a week. It depends on how quick you work through the challenges. I'm enjoying the courses and I'm excited for the SheCodes Plus workshop!
SheCodes Plus workshop was fantastic! Not only did I learn a lot, but now I also have my own weather app that suits my own needs and that I can tweak as needed :) It wasn't easy, but the final result and the sense of accomplishment were worth it!

SheCodes Plus Add-On was such a great learning experience, I feel like I am really starting to get the hang of javascript! The final project was a "World Clock" and it was so fun to design! 11/10 would recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to learn to code.

I just completed SheCodes Plus and it was amazing. The first workshop was great too, but a bit of general "information overload" whereas the Plus workshop is where it all came together for me. The foundation that was set in the Introduction to Coding was vital - as without that basis this workshop would have been very, very difficult. As a non-engineer member of an IT team, my whole objective was to familiarize myself with the basics of the technologies that my team members use everyday; and now, not only do I feel more confident when communicating with my team, but I also have discovered a new passion -- for coding!
SheCodes Plus taught me how to begin to build functioning applications. I learned so much and feel like I am really beginning to think like a coder!

SheCodes Plus has been an incredible extension from the Basics course, leading brilliantly to more complex work. The challenges are engaging, and any feedback that I have received has been hugely helpful.
SheCodes PLUS is definitely a step-up from Basics. I really enjoyed creating the weather app and learning the complexity of functions, api integrations, and HTML structure. I was able to follow-along to Matt's teaching, and I used Slack to ask any questions I may of had. The Athena AI was useful too, that was a nice feature.
The most exciting part of my day in the past 3 weeks was spending time in the evenings after work coding via SheCodes👩💻 Basics. I enjoyed learning the basics of how to build web pages using HTML, CSS and Javascript and challenging myself during the Final Project. The lessons are super easy to follow and practical. You also learn better by practising through the challenges after each lesson. I am definitely looking forward to moving on to SheCodes Plus 🙋🏽♀️ Also, SheCodes radio is the 🍒 on top! Thanks, Matt 👋🏽
SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge but in the best way possible! The skill set I gained from this goes beyond anything I imagined. Being able to build an entire app by myself after following all the lessons is a massive confidence boost, not forgetting to mention the fun I've had! This workshop takes you from a coding beginner to a coding pro in so little time! I loved Matt's way of explaining and always making me feel like I could do anything if I take it step by step! In SheCodes Plus I used SheCodes's team support in Slack many times and It was really useful. I think that this online support in doing homework is a very huge advantage. You may have access to many courses for coding but without friendly support to do exercises and homework you may become frustrated of struggling to fix the bugs.

I recently participated in the SheCodes Plus coding workshop, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Despite not being in a physical classroom, and somewhat challenging, the instructor did an excellent job of creating an engaging and interactive learning environment. After completing the SheCodes Basics it took some time for me to complete the SheCodes Plus course.
