“The SheCodes Basics workshop was a great way test out the coding waters. I had practiced with FreeCodeCamp prior to SheCodes so I had a little bit of practice but it was much easier to have Matt walking us through step by step with explanation and using Slack as extra assistance if needed. Even with a little prior knowledge, I still spent slightly over 5 hours per week for the first two weeks on lessons, challenges, and homework. As I could do this all in my own time, it was very manageable while working a full-time job. I loved and appreciated Matt’s laid back and fun teaching style and highly recommend SheCodes Radio while you’re coding!”
