“I had no experience with coding at all and I didn't have any interest in learning it as I have a friend who does coding and it just looked complicated. But I saw SheCodes ad by accident and the first things that caught my eyes were the colour of the website and the word "She". I decided to attend the free class and I remember Matt saying that he built this community because of the lack of female representatives in the tech industry. This is what actually pushed me to go ahead and try the basic workshop. I am very happy with that decision because I realised that it's fun and not too complicated and now I have basic experience in coding! Thank you to Matt for the clear explanations and for the SheCodes team who are always there to help and greet us which made the whole learning journey even more amazing!”
