The highlight was the final week, where I got to build an interactive weather app with Matt’s guidance.”

The step-by-step guidance gave me confidence to make the project my own while building on my existing skills. I learned a lot—not just about JavaScript features, but also about how development works overall. I especially appreciated getting more comfortable with GitHub and developing a real workflow around it, which is invaluable for any web project. While I tried to stick closely to the lessons, I also adapted parts of the code to fit my own approach. That was challenging at times but incredibly rewarding when everything worked out.
