It is with immense joy and appreciation that I reflect upon the incredible journey from being unable to write a single line of code to now having the confidence and skills to code proficiently. Before I discovered She Codes, I was living with a strong desire to delve into the world of coding but had no idea where to begin. The coding landscape seemed intimidating, and I felt like I was standing at the foot of a mountain with no clear path to the summit. I was overwhelmed by the complexity and the technical jargon that surrounded coding, which left me feeling discouraged and defeated. That all changed when I stumbled upon She Codes. This organization not only welcomed beginners like me but also provided a supportive and nurturing environment that made me feel like coding was indeed within my reach. The She Codes community is composed of dedicated mentors, educators, and fellow learners who share a common mission: to make coding accessible to women and underrepresented individuals. Through She Codes, I embarked on a coding journey that started from the very basics.
