Community Manager

Help SheCodes reach more students and get more women in tech.

SheCodes currently has a presence in 6 continents and in countless time zones and has had almost 200,000 students.

We are constantly working to expand our reach and deliver the best experience possible to each and every one of our students and as such, we're currently looking for a Community Manager to help us maintain and grow this community. This role is vital in connecting, engaging, and creating a supportive environment that's conducive to learning and growth.

In this role, you will:

Β β€’ Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow our user base.
Β β€’ Address community inquiriesβ€”through social media platforms, email, and other communication toolsβ€”regarding the community projects you're involved in.
Β β€’ Collaborate across teams to share community feedback and insights.
Β β€’ Moderate our community chats to ensure community guidelines are respected.
  • Organize and manage community events


We’re looking for someone who:

Β β€’ Has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has experience managing online communities, social media platforms, or similar roles.
  • Is comfortable with remote work and managing multiple tasks.
Β β€’ Is passionate about tech and coding.
