“The SheCodes workshop was an excellent opportunity and challenge that allowed me to develop new skills and knowledge to become a more rounded professional. As an IT Recruiter I can now understand better the motivations of each person I interview and this allows me to become more precise in presenting the projects that fit within each person expectations. Personally, I was always interested in programming and this weekend gave me the opportunity to understand if this was a propective career path to take. Overall, I think this was an excellent first step to this world!”
