“It was highly challenging and I found myself in the thought "I don't want help, I will try to do this on my own" I wanted to be competitive with the others in the sense I didn't need to be rescued. But, I was the one who required to be saved at some lesson to complete the course. Having a goal made it even more fun. I recommend implementing a goal to have fun and feel like it is worth it.”
