The initial impulse to put wood behind the arrow and to get my journey with SheCodes started, was when I changed my job in October 2021 and became a PMO in a small company building software for global telecommunication enterprises... I wanted to support myself getting to know and understanding this completely new, very complex working area and simultaneously broaden my mind. And you know what? It was definitely worth it! Yes, it is challenging, but Matt has a very cool way to explain and show things, which makes it easy to follow him and to get the challenges done.
