I have a really good experience with She code. The fact that they teaches you everything and you can review the videos as many times as you want to, was a real deal for me. Personally it wasn't a smooth ride because i had to tackle school work, as i am a student and the workshop at the same time but the extension of time made it easier for me. I really hope this was the beginning of great opportunities for me and other ladies who wants to venture into tech.
I think the structure of the program was highly inclusive of different learning styles and was extremely easy for a beginner to follow.
It was an incredible experience learning from Matt Delac, who provided invaluable insights on adding locations and local times to my world clock project. The collaborative spirit of the Slack community made a significant difference, offering support and encouragement throughout the process. I'm excited to apply these new skills and continue exploring innovative coding techniques.
SheCodes Basics was a fantastic way to dive into coding. Even though I had some familiarity with coding before, I still found the course incredibly informative and engaging from start to finish. Really great to have further expanded my knowledge on building out a website page however this time not using Bootstrap and getting more practise with CSS grids. This was something I struggled with earlier in the course therefore I really appreciated Matt adding in these tutorials so I could better understand how to use these and also make them responsive.

I am an Afghan girl who loves coding. When I found the "she codes" program, it changed my life. "she codes" taught me coding skills through classes and support from teachers. Before this, coding was very difficult for me. But the teachers at "she codes" helped me learn step-by-step. Now I have good coding skills and confidence to work in technology. "she codes" also connected me with other Afghan girls who love coding. This program has given me the chance to do what I love, even as a girl in Afghanistan. I am very grateful for "she codes" and all it has done for me.

It was very interesting learning since this is my very first time of learning python consistently. Great explanations from Matt which was very practical in finishing the last project. Also several homework that have been given in almost every lesson were very helpful in keeping you in track with the deadline. Definitely will continue to the next workshop and dive deeper on the various resources.
