Delicious Rice Kheer

This is the traditional Indain food which can be enjoyed in both luxurious and simple manner. It's all upto you.... 🍽


Let me give you the Ingredients 😁

Steps to follow !!!

  1. Rinse 1/4 cup of rice a couple of times in water.
  2. Take 1-litre full fat milk in a pan and heat it in low flame.
  3. Let milk come to a boil.
  4. After milk begins to boil, drain the water from rice and add rice to the boiling milk.
  5. Mix it well with spoon.
  6. In medium flame cook the rice , till the rice is cooked 50%.
  7. Add 5 to 6 tablespoon sugar or as required. Mix it well.
  8. Add half teaspoon green cardamom for the better flavouring.
  9. Now add garnished dry fruits Almond, Cashew, Little chunk of pistachios (optional).
  10. Mix it well...
  11. Add saffron for making it's apperance beautiful (optional you can skip it).
  12. Keep stiring to low heat until rice grain is completly cooked.
  13. Switch off the heat , hurray !!!! your Rice kheer is ready to eattttttttt.
NOTE: Adding dry fruits, cardamom, saffron is optional, these ingredient will enhance the flavour and the look.
