Peach Cheeseake

This dessert has been a family favorite during the festive holiday period ever since my mom found the recipe over 10 years again! Its the one dish that is most in demand in our home during Summer. It is so rich and creamy you'll be going to seconds 🍑

Ingredients

  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 60ml Lemon Juice
  • 250ml Fresh Cream
  • 45g Gelatine
  • 1 pack of Tennis Biscuits
  • 1 sachet of Jelly
  • 1 canned Peaches

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jelly and let it cool in the fridge. Don't let it set.
  2. Layer the biscuits at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Dissolve a sachet of gelatine in half a cup of boiling water and let it cool.
  4. Whip the cream, add condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, and cooled gelatin.
  5. Pour on top of the biscuits and let it set slightly in the fridge.
  6. Pour the jelly on top of the fruit and let it set overnight.
Note: Replace the peaches with fruit of your choice. Use a spatula to break the fall of the jelly onto the filling to prevent holes in the filling.
