Matcha Cheesecake

Ingredients for Matcha Cheesecake
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons matcha (green tea powder)
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ. In a small bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, milk and vanilla. Sift in matcha and
whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth (4-5 minutes). Lower the mixer speed to
medium-low, add sugar, and beat until fluffy. Gradually add the reserved matcha mixture and beat until
smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake the cheesecake for 30-35 minutes. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let it sit for 30 minutes or
until the center is fully set. Remove from the oven, refrigerate overnight, and cover once completely
cooled.
