A holistic sport for body and mind

What is Bouldering?
Bouldering is actually rock climbing but you're always close to the ground and therefore doesn't require you to use a rope or harness. You can practice bouldering either indoors or outdoors and all you need is a pair of climbing shoes, some chalk and a crash pad. Indoor bouldering is particularly popular and you can find bouldering halls in almost any city!
Why bouldering?
Bouldering is particularly empowering and helps you to gain self confidence by focussing on how your own body moves. Bouldering gets you out of own comfort zone and it is quite challenging, especially when trying a new route. Strenght and technique are equally important to finish a route, which makes it very rewarding when you finally make it. Bouldering is a social sport, getting pieces of advice and cheering each other is part of what makes this sport something that you can do with your friends.
