It is actually a song (called Where are you from, but the lyrics are "Dobroho vechora mi z Ukrainy" which is "Good evening, we are from Ukraine" in Ukrainian) by the Ukrainian electronic duo ProBass and Hardi, which was released in October 2021. Now it is more known as an informal military greeting in Ukraine, which became popular after the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. The track reached number 8 on the Ukrainian Apple Music chart in March 2022.
This is also the name of a Ukrainian stamp that will soonbe released.
