Rock is my favorite genre.
Rock music is a broad genre of popular music that originated as "rock
and roll" in the United States in the late 1940s and early 1950s, and
developed into a range of different styles in the mid-1960s and later.
Rock music has roots in country, jazz, and the electric blues. Led
Zepplin, AC/DC, Aerosmith, and Nirvana are just a few of the many bands
that have shaped the Rock scene over the years.
