Traveling is a good way to help reduce the stress of daily lives and helps expand our minds. Experiencing new things allows us to reset our body and mind through adventures.
Also it gives us something to look back at and smile during hard times. Sometimes we get stuck doing the same thing day after day, traveling helps us break out of the cycle and step out of our comfort zone.
