GIRLS face so much sexism in the workplace, being given the same opportunities as men, and just the same respect and treatment as males receive. There is gender bias in the workplace and home, and mainly females, unlike males, are prone to sexual harassment and abuse. Women are given less opportunities in many career fields, especially STEM. BUT, this can be helped by stepping up, supporting, and fighting for a world filled with gender equality. Try to host and attend events, as well as form organizations that advocate for women’s rights. And of course, one way to give women access to careers in the STEM field is by forming ways to LEARN HOW TO CODE!! (Thank you SheCodes!!❤) And there are already many nonprofit-organizations so far! Like Girl Up, RISE, and Girl Well 💕
