It all started with my love of cooking. I love entertaining and showing off my presentation of food.
One day, my husband surprised me with my first piece of cast iron; a Cerise Le Creuset Braiser! It's such a versitile
piece, you can cook just about anything in there. The meals cooked in the braiser were better than what I used to cook!
As the meals got better, my collection got larger. Soon, I began working there and my collection got ridiculous!
We also, went to local shows to find unique pieces that they didn't sell in retail stores anymore. My collection
got so big, I had to upgrade from a wire rack in the kitchen to converting our entire dining room to fit everything.
Even now there still isn't enough room!
And to think... it all started with one piece!
