Ingredients:
Press Tofu and cut into cubes. Mix the Tofu with 1 tbsp of cornstarch and let it sit for 5 Min. Mix together all the other Ingredients (except of scallions, sesame & Rice). Fry the Tofu until golden brown than add the soy sauce mixture, scallions, and simmer for one to two minutes. Than add 3 tbsp of water with 1 tbsp of cornstarch. After the sauce thickens, serve over Rice garnished with chopped peanuts or sesame seeds.
