Tiramisù is one of the most famous italian desserts. You can follow the
steps here below to see how to make it and surprise your guests like a
proper Italian!
Prepare your coffee and let it cool in a soup plate. You'll need it
later.
Take the eggs and divide yolks from egg whites.
Using an electric mixer in a medium bowl, whip egg yolks together with
50g sugar, until the volume is doubled. Add mascarpone cheese and
continue to whip until it creates a soft, spreadable mixture.
In another medium bowl whip egg whites together with the remaining
sugar until they create a creamy ans white mixture.
Add the egg whites mixture to the mascarpone and yolk mixture. Use a
spoon and be gentle when mixing the ingredients together.
Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee and put them inside a rectangular
baking tray. Create a layer of ladyfingers and spread part of your
mascarpone cream on top of it. This procedure has to be repeated until
the baking tray is full.
Dust the cocoa powder on the last layer. put your tiramisù into the
fridge at least for 3 hours.
