Oatmeal cookies with chocolate, nuts and raisins

Ingredients

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients to make the most delicious oatmeal cookies. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

100 g of oatmeal. Chop the flakes with a blender or rolling pin.

Step 3

Transfer the chopped flakes to a large bowl, add 170 g of flour and baking powder.

Step 4

Pour 100 g of sugar into a bowl, add 100 g of softened butter, nuts, raisins, chopped chocolate, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Step 5

Beat 3 eggs in the dough and mix well with your hands until smooth.

Step 6

Make the balls out of the dough, place on a baking sheet covered with parchment, lightly flatten them.

Step 7

Bake cookies for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the parchment,
as they are very brittle and tender when warm.
