Waffle pops are a cinch to make! Use your favorite
waffle recipe or even a box mix. Once your waffles are out of the waffle
iron, break them apart and put an ice-pop stick in each one. The stick
will slide right it with little effort — just be sure to get smaller
sticks if you are using a mini-waffle iron.
Next, drizzle or dip your waffle pops in melted chocolate. While the
chocolate is still warm, add pieces of sweet fruit and crushed nuts.
Some of our favorite fruits to add include pomegranate arils, berries of
all kinds, orange segments, and kiwi. You can also add dried fruit like
raisins or sprinkle with coconut flakes.
