"maya" is a Turkish word adopted from Persian. It means (1) starter cultures for the fermentation;a set of microorganisms, (2) yeast,and (3) substance. It can be the substance of anything and it can start everything.

When I realized the magical change maya capable of I got amazed. Then I
figured out that they are productive, resourceful and spontaneous. I thought “Hey
dude we have a lot in common, why don’t we work together?” and our transcultural adventure has started.
