Adopt A Black Cat 🐈‍⬛

Despite superstitions, they are good luck.

Black Cat

Most people think of black cats as bad luck, but many ancient cultures celebrated the good luck that they bring. In ancient Egypt, they worshipped a cat goddess, called Bastet, who was known for protecting woman, households, fertility, childbirth, and cats. Black cats were worshipped as a goddess during this time, and deemed good luck.

Ancient Egypt loved and protected all cats, but especially black cats. Back in the ancient times, black cats were known for keeping evil spirits away. A person caught killing a cat could face the death penalty. There are many others in our world history, and still to this day that believe black cats are not only good luck, but also protectors of evil spirits.
I love black cats for many reasons. They're loving, protective, talkative, and intelligent. Adopt a black cat today for good luck!
