- 1. Hydrophilic oil - a product designed for deep cleansing of the skin, which includes oils and emulsifiers, vitamins and other beneficial substances. Upon contact with water, it is whipped into a light milk or foam;
- 2. Foam is an important and effective means of cleansing the skin. With its help, you can remove the remnants of cosmetics and impurities from the face, as well as solve some skin problems;
- 3. The cream is both moisturizing and additional skin care options, depending on the product. After cleansing, you will simply not have enough moisture, so see the next paragraph.
- 4. After the cream, you need to get an SPF cream. The main advantage of its use is UV protection, since UV for the skin is STRESS.
- 5. After these points, there is a stage of deep skin exfoliation (mechanical, enzymatic, acid exfoliation, selected individually according to indications).
