After many years of extreme sports and dance I wanted to find an activity that would allow my body to rest, yet stay active. I started taking yoga and fell in love with how I felt and all of the health benefits. Yoga benefits are phyiscal, spiritual and mental. According to healthline yoga improves flexibility, helps with stress relief/ mental health, reduce inflammation, boost immunity and can overall improve quality of life. I hope I have convinced you to give this ancient practice a chance, it may change your life.
