Origins and Regions

Different legends about the origin of coffee vary, as they span from Ethiopia to The Arabian Peninsula to Europe and the Americas. The legends continue and its origin remains obscure.
Their are three major coffee regions of the world; Latin America, Africa and Asia. The different temperatres, soils, humidity, altitude and processing techniques affect the characteristics of the coffee. Causing each region to produce uniquely identifiable flavour notes.
