This practice can take many shapes and sizes, it's not just putting on a sheet mask and calling it a day (unless a skin care routine truly brings you joy!) It is really about taking a moment to listen to your heart and do things that bring you happiness. Because those happy times make it easier to navigate the struggles of life. All you need is some gratitude and compassion and you're all set.
