Creative Techniques such as painting, coloring, collage making, pottery can be used to release any kind of stress or emotional pressure. The expertise in art does not matter as long as you enjoy what you are doing and believe that it is working for you.
For me it mostly involves painting and coloring through
oil pastels. It helps me in venting out and
going in my zone of peace and calm. It has proven to be the stress
buster for many including me.
