Best Burritos Ever

Imagine going to a party and having the best seven-layer chicken dip. Then a few weeks later you enjoy a burrito equally as good. Wait a minute? Should you combine the two? Why yes you should. Try out the recipe below.

Ingredients

• Refried Beans - 1 cup
• Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce - 1.5 tsp, finely chopped
• Flour tortillas - 4
• Shredded Chicken - 2 cups
• Salsa - 1/4 cup
• Guacamole - 1/4 cup
• Sour Cream - 1/4 cup
• Tomato - 1, chopped
• Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
• Shredded Cheddar - 1/2 cup
• Black olives - 1/2 cup, sliced

Directions

• In a small bowl, stir together refried beans and 1 tsp. of the chipotle chiles. Spread over tortillas. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken, 1 Tbsp of salsa, and 2 Tbsp of the guacamole. In another small bowl, stir together sour cream and the remaining 1/2 tsp chipotle chiles.
• Spoon over remaining guacamole and top with tomato, spinach, cheese, and black olives.
• Roll up burritos and serve additional salsa (optional)
