Scuba diving is a type of underwater diving whereby divers use breathing equipment that is completely independent of a surface air supply.
Stop, breathe, think and act.
The first thing to do is stop. The next
step is to take a slow, deep breath.
Never hold your breath. Both steps calm you down, allowing
your brain to engage for step three,
thinking through a rational course of
action. Only then do you
act!
As our marine ecosystems are extremely endangered, you can use your scuba diving skills to support research and marine biology efforts by becoming a volunteer. Help to restore coral reefs, carry out surveys of endangered marine life and educate tourists and locals.
