Crochet has been around for ages, and for good reason. The repetitive hand movements involved in crochet can help the brain release serotonin, which makes us feel calmer and more likely to think positive thoughts, and we can create something beautiful and durable for ourselves or for somebody else; making crochet both RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE.
