I love this recipe because its delicious, vegan, high in fibre, and the
perfect start to the day. Normally I wash it down with a cup of coffee
with oat milk. If you don't like banana, try it with cinamon
dusted apples instead!
Ingredients:
(Serves one)
Half of a ripe banana - or apple
A good handful of seeds -
seeherefor the healthiest seeds
Tahini - or peanut butter, almond butter etc.
Rapeseed oil - or olive oil if preferred
Desicated coconut
A slice of seeded bread
Recipe:
Slice up the banana and begin to fry in the oil on a low heat
Put the bread in the toaster and don't forget to check on it!
Flip the banana pieces after the underside has turned a delicious
golden brown
Spread a good amount of tahini over the toast and coat with the seed
mix
Once the banana is golden on bowth sides arrange on top of the seeds
Sprinkle with desicated cocunut and enjoy!
