It's important to make sure your plant gets enough water to grow healthily, but no so much that it drowns.
Over-watering is equally as harmful as under-watering.
Your plant should stay in a nursary pot which has drainage holes so any excess water can run out! Make sure you empty any excess water as you dont want your plant sitting in water as it will get root rot!!!!
If you want to use a decorative pot place the nursary pot inside the decorate pot.
Every plant has diffrent needs, some plants love being root bound and some hate it.
Having a plant in a pot which is too small could completly stop it from growing and slowley kill it!
