Vegan Choco Chips Cookies

After many trials and errors, I have found my own version of the tastiest easiest vegan chocolate chips cookies that anyone can try!

What you'll need

Let's do it!

  1. Combine the dry ingredients (multipurpose flour, baking flour, salt, white sugar, brown sugar, and chocolate chips) in one bowl.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients (milk, butter or oil, vanilla extract) in a seperate bowl and stir well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and stir well until it forms a cookie dough. If it's too dry, feel free to add extra 1-2 tbsp of milk.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  6. Make dough balls and place them on a baking tray layered with a baking sheet. If you do not have a baking sheet, grease the baking tray with cooking spray or oil.
    Don't forget to leave rooms for them to spread. (This is super important!)
  7. Bake for 10 minutes on the center rack. And let them cool down for 10 minutes in the oven.

Tip: If the cookies didn't spread much, gently press down with a spatula when they're still hot.
