Pour flour, salt and baking soda into a bowl. Stir well so that the soda is spread all over the flour. Pour sour milk product. If not, take water + vinegar to extinguish the soda. Stir the mixture simply until the flour is soaked in the liquid, it takes 1-2 minutes.
Spread the mass on a floured table and make a flat quadrangle, then fold it in an envelope and round. The batch is over.
Take a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200 ° C.
