What you'll need
• 450g jumbo oats
• 200g peanut butter
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 300g milk chocolate
What you'll do
1 Grease a 9 x 9 inch baking tin with butter.
2 In a heatproof bowl, combine your peanut
butter and coconut oil and melt together in 30 second intervals.
3 Once they're completely liquid and
combined, stir in your oats. Mix well, and pour into baking tin. Press
down firmly with the back of a spoon.
4 In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk
chocolate in 30 second intervals. Pour over the bars, spreading out with
a spoon.
5 Put into the fridge for 1 hour.
6 Eat them all
quickly before anyone else can find them.
