The reasons why you should eat them on a daily basis are endless, but I'll tell you my favorites.
Even if you don't love them all like me, there is such a huge diversity of fruits and vegetables that it's impossible not to find some that you like! You've got to try and eat them!
To get the best of them, I like to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables at the farmers market. That way, I get to eat fresh and delicious fruits and vegies but also to limit their travelled distance and therefore the emission of CO2. At the same time, it supports local farmers and economy. It's a win-win-win situation! 🙌

If you don't have access to a farmers market, you can also buy fruits and vegetables at any other facility, either fresh, frozen or canned. Fruits and vegetables in any form is better than none!
