Shakshouka is a Maghrebi dish of eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes,
olive oil, peppers, onion and garlic, commonly spiced with cumin,
paprika and cayenne pepper.

Ingredients
Canned tomatos
A lot of garlic
Some more garlic
Olive oil
Fresh parsley
Paprika
Fresh eggs
Your favorite spices
Fresh bread
Instructions
Chop the garlic and the paprika into small pieces and fry them in the
pan with olive oil.
Add the canned tomatoes and your favorite spices and bring it to boil.
Lower the heat and place your eggs on top of your sauce. Cover it with
a lid until the eggs are cooked.
Cut the parsley and decorate your dish before eating.
