The average 40 weeks of pregnancy are divided into trimesters, with each
one lasting for three months, or around 12 to 13 weeks. When you're
pregnant, your body will go through a number of important changes to
support your developing baby and get ready for childbirth.
With lots going on in your life and pregnancy, it is sometimes hard to
keep track of which trimester you are in and can be confusing depending
on which guidance you read. Here we use
