passionate about in life is Mexican gastronomy, enjoying new dishes and baking traditional sweets, but adding a new twist by spicing things up. I merge traditional Mexican flavors with spices from other cultures by changing and adding different ingredients to the pastries my abuelita taught me throughout
my childhood.
