I started weight lifting to get into better shape, however, I quickly learned that it can do so much more than that! Weight lifting has allowed me to have more energy for my children as well as leveling out my anxiety. I typically wake up in the morning and workout right away so I have a lot of energy for the rest of my day. I have a home gym in my garage so I don't have to travel too far to start working out. I recently competed in my first body building show, and now I am working on building more muscle. Weight lifting has a ton of benefits for everyone.
