A flavor that you can't forget
Small Chinese steamed bun traditionally prepared in xialong, a small bamboo basket. Apart from the tasty soup inside, what makes Xiao Long Bao special is its super delicate skin: thin, a little elastic yet soft and almost semi-transparent.
Eating Xiao Long Bao the traditional way. Make sure you have your soup spoon and chopsticks ready...
Step 1 Pour soy sauce and vinegar into the ginger dish. We recommend a 1:3 ratio of soy sauce to vinegar.
Step 2 Take Xiao Long Bao with your chopsticks and dip it into the mixture. Place Xiao Long Bao into the soup spoon and poke a small hole to release the broth.
Step 3 Now add some ginger to your Xiao Long Bao. Blow on your spoon and slurp the broth carefully. Then eat the bao. Enjoy!
