During the last few decades, there has been a common disconnect between the body and mind.
When the body is unwell, we choose medical interventions to treat it.
When the mind is poorley, we choose medication and/or therapies to heal.
Yet, sometimes we often forget to look at the connection between the mind and the body.
Our mental and emotional state can effect
our physical wellbeing and vice a versa.
This is not to say that we should shun conventional and modern medicine -
but within each of our own means, we should
apply positive practices that can
amplify the great work of our medical professionals.
