Crafting
/ΛkraftiNG/
The activity or hobby of making decorative items by hand.
Crafting is a nonmedicinal way to stimulate dopamine, which
ultimately makes you feel happy.
Everyone has to take care of their mental health,
right?! There will always be an excuse, a reason not to make it happen.
But as time goes by, you'll become good at convincing yourself that
circumstances are beyond your control and that is not your fault. Let's
rest your mind as it is being driven on constant overload by the reality
of life. Well, one way I find myself in a therapeutic setting is
something that uplifts my energy, which is handcrafting new ideas or
recreating what I've seen, it could be something I've seen on the
internet, shopping around in stores for ideas, driving around the
neighborhoods and local front store to recreate a new ideas. Any way to
save money!! (times are tough!).
You might consider washing and detailing your car, for example, to
be a therapeutic activity β also an exercise, a bonus for those of you
who like to work out. πͺ
