A healthy breakfast filled with so much good fibre!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1 small banana, sliced
METHOD
In a small pan, add the oats, milk, water and cinammon. Bring to boil,
then get the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes or until your mixture
has a creamy consistency. Don't worry if it looks a bit runny as it foes
firm when it cools down.
Towards the end, add your chia seeds and serve in a lovely bowl.
Chop your banana in nice round slices, add in your lovely oats creamy
bowl and enjoy!
