What's the best fantasy RPG series out there?
As a self-professed "forever-noob" I have played games since I was little. Sadly, I do not have the skills nor the knowledge to back it up. For example, do I create a character with the best specs for their class? Nope, for me it's usually "wow I'm dying a lot ➡ +points for constitution(health)". Do I appreciate good combat mechanics? I'm usually thinking "can I do magic? yes ➡ good". Strategy means nothing.
This being said, the Dragon Age series is my favorite game series ever. The lore is deep, (most of) the characters have personality and you get to choose your dialogue. The gameplay is also very satisfying, it reminds me of many MMORPGs from back in the day (such as LOTRO). It's the series that I keep on going back to, and it is by far my favorite.
