Plan a visit to the most beautiful locations in the state of Oregon
located in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. It features rugged
rocky coastlines, dense forests, fun cities, mountains, deep canyons, and
desert in the southeastern part of the state. Well known for its natural
landscapes from the ocean coast to the mountain ranges, travel and
experience what Oregon has to offer the world.
Below are some of my favorites, just 2-3 hours away from the city of
Portland.
Crater lake
An American National park located in southern Oregon. Established in
1902, this is the fifth-oldest national park in the U.S. and the lake is
the remnant of Mt. Mazama, a destroyed volcano.
Mount Hood
Whether you enjoy mountain hikes during the summer or snowboarding and
skiing during the winter season, this Oregon volcano is one way to get
the most of the Oregon experience. With it being only 2 hours away from
the Portland, many locals take advantage of all this wonder has to
offer.
The Oregon Coast
The coastal line across the Pacific Northwest includes 363 miles of free
and public terrain to explore. You may find many activites from
searching for Dungeness crab or razor clams, or cozy up to beautiful
views with a nice glass of wine.
Columbia River Gorge
An American National park located in southern Oregon. Established in
1902, this is the fifth-oldest national park in the U.S. and the lake is
the remnant of Mt. Mazama, a destroyed volcano.
Smith Rock
An American National park located in southern Oregon. Established in
1902, this is the fifth-oldest national park in the U.S. and the lake is
the remnant of Mt. Mazama, a destroyed volcano.
